Order Processing

  • All orders placed before our daily processing cut-off time are shipped the same business day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
